$145 consultation and 3D scan
Forty-five minutes with Dr. Qiu — not an assistant. We scan your teeth in 3D, take diagnostic photos, and discuss what's bothering you. You see a digital simulation of your treatment outcome before you commit.

Treatment design and aligner manufacture
Dr. Qiu designs the movements personally — not a remote ortho tech. The plan is sent to Invisalign for manufacture; your aligners arrive 2–3 weeks later. Most patients receive their entire treatment in 1–2 boxes.

Wear and progress (6–18 months)
You wear each aligner for 1 week (or 2 weeks for complex cases), 22 hours a day. We see you every 6–8 weeks for progress checks. Most patients change aligners at home — no monthly office visits required.

Refinement and retention
Once active treatment finishes, we deliver custom clear retainers to lock in the result. Wear them nightly forever — teeth want to drift back, and retention is the only thing that prevents it.
